As a nonprofit organization, the Oklahoma Aquarium values community support, particularly during uncertain times like the COVID-19 outbreak. While closing our doors was the safest choice for our community, it was also a difficult one. Shutting down during one of our busiest seasons means losing revenue from admission, field trips, and events—revenue that goes directly toward feeding and caring for animals, exhibits, and education programs.
If you are able to do so, we ask that you consider making a donation to the Oklahoma Aquarium. We are grateful that our staff, volunteers, and animals are all healthy, but we welcome any assistance for our unexpected emergency costs.
Here’s what your donations can do.
$5 gives vitamins to a shark for a week.
$5 provides virtual programming for one student.
$10 feeds all our seahorses for a day, including the babies born at the Oklahoma Aquarium.
$15 feeds a shark for a week.
$20 provides virtual programming for four students.
$25 feeds all the mammals in the Ozark Stream exhibit for a week.
$100 provides food and vitamins to our sea turtles for a week.
$125 provides virtual programming for a classroom of 25 students.
